Kanishka — 38+ kilos gone — maintained for 1+ year
Kanishka's Story

38+ kilos gone — maintained for 1+ year

Sustained over 1+ year

Kanishka did not need more information. She needed a system she could stay with long enough for her body and mind to change together.

The challenge

  • Trying to lose 30+ kilos without letting cravings, impatience, and emotional food patterns win
  • Evening emotions and food fixation
  • Cravings and small acts of rebellion around food
  • Impatience when the scale moved slowly
  • Travel, weddings and social eating situations
  • Wanting control to become natural, not forced

What we did differently

Phase 1 — Metabolism & Gut

Through Dr. Ruchika's Prakriti Analysis we stopped looking at this as just a weight problem. Homemade meals, cleaner dinners, better timing and steady meal gaps became her anchors — even through cravings, travel and social plans. Supplements, chewing, steps and simple repetition started changing her body week by week.

Phase 2 — Mindset Strengthening

Her real battlefield was impatience, cravings, emotional eating and rebellion. She learned to notice when cravings were real hunger and when they were emotion or habit. Travel, weddings and desserts kept happening — but she kept returning to the process instead of disappearing from it.

Phase 3 — Movement Becomes Identity

Steps, workouts, races, gym, swimming, surya namaskar. Her first-ever 5 km run. Another 5k race. Using a hotel gym and pool for the first time in 30 years. Movement stopped being punishment — it became proof her body was lighter and stronger.

Where Kanishka is now

  • Lost 38+ kilos and held it for 1+ year
  • Cravings no longer control her — she knows how to come back fast
  • Clothes are much looser; the shift is visible and felt
  • Can travel, indulge, reset and still stay in the process

"She did not just lose weight. She became someone who can stay in the process."

Kartik — 25+ kilos in 5 months — and a Himalayan summit
Kartik's Story

25+ kilos in 5 months — and a Himalayan summit

5 months

Kartik did not just need a diet. He needed a system strong enough to match his ambition.

The challenge

  • Trying to lose 20+ kilos fast enough to believe real change was happening
  • Night cravings — sweets, sandwiches and repeated late eating
  • Needed stronger consistency, not just motivation
  • Wanted to break past old comfort zones and become physically active
  • Wanted to get lighter before trek goals and bigger life goals

Contributing factors

  • Night cravings → sweets and food in the night
  • All-or-nothing discipline risk
  • Needed structure around fasting, movement and consistency
  • Needed a body strong enough for adventures, not just weight loss

What we did differently

Phase 1 — Metabolism & Gut

We started with Dr. Ruchika's Prakriti Analysis and looked at his body through a root-cause lens. Cleaned up the biggest leaks first — night sweets, sandwiches and late eating. Once timing and rhythm were fixed, the nights stopped controlling the journey.

Phase 2 — Mental Discipline

Kartik kept chasing bigger standards: 20 kilos, then 22, then 30, then 115 kg, then trek readiness. He started doing hard things on purpose — Navratri fasting, lawn tennis, trek prep. Night cravings stopped deciding the story. Kartik started deciding the story.

Phase 3 — Movement as Weapon

Repeated 100k+ step weeks, 170k+ steps, consistent active days. He stepped into lawn tennis, handled fasting, then went on to camp in -4°C and summit Lambhri Top. Movement was no longer just for fat loss — it was turning him into someone who could take on real physical challenges.

Where Kartik is now

  • Lost 25+ kilos and became a much stronger version of himself
  • Night cravings no longer run the game
  • Clothes fit better; the difference is visible in his body
  • Summited Lambhri Top and camped at -4°C

"He did not just lose weight. He went on to summit a mountain."

Mohit — 40.2 kilos in 6 months
Mohit's Story

40.2 kilos in 6 months

6 months

Mohit doesn't trust just the process anymore. He trusts himself.

The challenge

  • Trying to lose 35–40+ kilos after reaching peak weight
  • Frequent weekend overeating and late-night meals
  • Struggling with consistency in routine — sleep and movement
  • Knee pain limiting walking and workouts
  • History of cheat → spiral → restart cycle
  • Unsure how to manage food during travel and social events

Contributing factors

  • Sedentary corporate routine — long sitting hours
  • Sleep inconsistency impacting recovery and cravings
  • Weekend overeating + late dinners
  • Knee issues restricting movement
  • Emotional and reward-based eating
  • Earlier reliance on motivation, not routine

What we did differently

Phase 1 — Metabolic Rewiring (10.4 kg in Month 1)

We identified key patterns — cheat → spiral cycles, late-night eating, inconsistency. Built a structured meal-timing system (10:00 → 13:30 → 18:30) that worked across home, weekends and travel. Improved sleep timing, reduced late-night eating, added daily walking targets. Even with knee pain, swimming was added as alternative movement.

Phase 2 — Mindset Mastery (10.7 kg in Month 2)

We worked on stopping after 1 mistake — full binge weekends became controlled, single meals. Built awareness around cravings, weekend triggers and late-night eating: pause, don't react. Even during travel, social events or bad weeks the rule was simple — don't disappear, stay in the game.

Phase 3 — Movement Mastery (Ongoing)

Built around his knee recovery: smart movement, not maximal movement. Swimming, gym sessions, and knee strengthening kept him consistent when walking was limited. Strength changed the game — focus shifted from weight loss to body definition and structure.

Where Mohit is now

  • Lost 40+ kilos and made his comeback
  • A cheat meal no longer turns into self-destruction
  • Knee pain did not end his journey — he learned to adjust and recover
  • He is no longer dependent on one perfect week

"Mohit doesn't just trust the process now. He trusts himself."
