We are Prime FitShala LLP ("FitShala", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Jharkhand, India, at D-9 Vasundra Estate SK, Jamshedpur, JH 831018, India.
We operate the website https://fitshala.in and any other related products, programs, communities, digital services, consultations, coaching support, and wellness services that refer or link to these Terms and Conditions collectively referred to as the "Services".
FitShala empowers your wellness journey through tradition, modern wisdom, lifestyle coaching, habit-building, community support, and personalised transformation systems.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Prime FitShala LLP, concerning your access to and use of the Services.
By accessing, purchasing, enrolling in, or using our Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you must discontinue the use of our Services immediately.
FitShala reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Services after such changes means you accept the revised Terms and Conditions.
1. Our Services
Fitshala provides lifestyle transformation, wellness coaching, habit-building, community support, doctor-guided wellness inputs, movement guidance, and related digital or offline services.
Our Services may include, depending on the program selected:
- Prakriti analysis
- Lifestyle review
- Doctor consultation or doctor review
- Habit tracking
- Daily and weekly check-ins
- Meal review
- Movement guidance
- Community access
- Educational resources
- Voice-note or text-based coaching support
- Group calls or workshops
- Offline or online community experiences
- Transformation support programs
Fitshala's Services are designed for general wellness, lifestyle improvement, habit-building, and sustainable weight management support.
Fitshala does not provide emergency medical care, diagnosis, prescription medication, or treatment for acute medical conditions.
You should consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting any wellness, diet, fasting, movement, or lifestyle program, especially if you have any existing medical condition, are pregnant, are taking medication, or have been advised medical supervision.
2. Eligibility
By using our Services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or you have permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
- The information you provide to Fitshala is true, accurate, current, and complete.
- You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- You will not use our Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
- You understand that lifestyle transformation requires your active participation and consistency.
Fitshala may refuse, suspend, or terminate access to Services if the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or if the user violates these Terms.
3. Health and Medical Disclaimer
Fitshala provides lifestyle and wellness support. The information, guidance, content, check-ins, community messages, educational material, and coaching provided through Fitshala are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You understand and agree that:
- Any lifestyle, nutrition, fasting, movement, sleep, or habit guidance must be followed responsibly.
- Results vary from person to person.
- Weight loss, inch loss, energy improvement, cravings reduction, metabolic improvement, or lifestyle outcomes are influenced by multiple factors including age, health history, hormones, sleep, stress, medication, adherence, travel, and consistency.
- You are responsible for informing Fitshala about any medical condition, injury, pregnancy, medication, eating disorder history, or health concern before or during the program.
- Fitshala may recommend that you consult a doctor or medical professional where needed.
In case of severe symptoms, medical emergencies, chest pain, breathing difficulty, fainting, severe allergic reaction, uncontrolled vomiting, severe mental distress, or any emergency condition, you must seek immediate medical assistance.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Fitshala owns or has the right to use all intellectual property connected with its Services, including but not limited to:
- Website content
- Program frameworks
- Coaching systems
- Meal guidance formats
- Habit trackers
- Videos
- Text
- Images
- Audio
- Voice notes
- PDFs
- Community material
- Brand name
- Logos
- Marks
- Designs
- Program names
- Educational resources
The Content and Marks are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Fitshala content for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, publish, distribute, modify, share, upload, publicly display, or commercially exploit Fitshala content without our prior written permission.
Any breach of Fitshala's intellectual property rights may result in immediate termination of access and further legal action.
5. User Submissions and Contributions
During your use of Fitshala's Services, you may share information, messages, updates, food photos, progress photos, health information, reviews, feedback, testimonials, comments, or other material with Fitshala.
By sharing such information with us, you confirm that:
- The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You have the right to share such information.
- Your content does not violate any third-party rights.
- Your content is not unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or misleading.
Fitshala may use feedback, testimonials, reviews, or transformation stories for service improvement, marketing, education, or promotional purposes only where appropriate consent has been obtained or where the content is already publicly shared by you.
Fitshala will handle personal and health-related information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
6. User Responsibilities
By enrolling in Fitshala, you understand that transformation requires your active involvement.
You agree to:
- Follow the program guidelines responsibly.
- Provide accurate health, lifestyle, and progress information.
- Complete check-ins honestly.
- Inform Fitshala about any discomfort, medical issue, injury, or health concern.
- Not misuse the community, coaching access, or support systems.
- Not harass, abuse, threaten, or disrespect Fitshala team members, doctors, coaches, members, or community participants.
- Not share Fitshala materials outside the program without permission.
- Not use Fitshala content to create competing products, coaching programs, or commercial services.
Fitshala reserves the right to remove any member from the program or community if they violate these responsibilities.
7. Payment and Subscription
Payment fees within Fitshala are determined based on the services offered to members. The payment amount may vary depending on:
- The program selected
- Duration of the plan
- Level of support included
- Doctor consultation or review access
- Coaching support
- Community access
- Offers or pricing agreements communicated at the time of enrolment
Fitshala currently offers structured wellness and transformation programs that are generally billed on a quarterly basis.
As per the current 2026 business model, Fitshala's listed price is ₹33,500 for 3 months, and the business model also includes a transformation-support commitment of “Guaranteed 2 Size Drop in 45 Days — or Get 2 Months of Extended Support.”
Fitshala's current pricing may generally range between ₹11,000 to ₹15,000 per month, billed quarterly, depending on the selected plan, services included, and offer communicated at the time of enrolment.
Users acknowledge that the final subscription fee is determined based on their selected plan or bundle and agree to the pricing communicated at the time of payment.
Fitshala reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Any price change will apply prospectively and will not automatically alter the pricing already agreed for an ongoing paid term.
8. Billing and Renewal
Fitshala programs are generally billed quarterly unless otherwise specified in writing.
If auto-renewal is enabled for the plan you have subscribed to, you authorize Fitshala or its payment gateway to charge your payment method according to the selected billing cycle until you cancel the subscription.
The length of your billing cycle will depend on the subscription plan selected at the time of enrolment.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are accurate and updated.
9. Refund Policy
Fitshala is a structured, done-with-you lifestyle transformation program where results depend on the member's active participation, daily habit execution, check-ins, meal timing, movement, sleep routine, emotional awareness, and consistency.
Since Fitshala provides personalised onboarding, Prakriti analysis, doctor review, coaching support, community access, daily and weekly check-ins, and lifestyle guidance from the beginning of the program, payments once made are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
- The payment was made by mistake or a duplicate payment was received.
- The transaction was unauthorized or fraudulent.
- Fitshala is unable to provide the purchased service due to reasons from Fitshala's side.
All refund requests must be sent to info@fitshala.in with payment details and the reason for the request.
Fitshala will review such requests on a case-by-case basis. Approval of a refund is at the discretion of Fitshala, subject to applicable laws and payment gateway policies.
10. Result Commitment and Extended Support
Fitshala may offer a transformation-support commitment for eligible members.
If a member follows the Fitshala lifestyle system sincerely, completes regular check-ins, follows the recommended food, sleep, movement, and habit protocols, and still does not achieve a 2-size drop within 45 days, Fitshala may offer up to 2 additional months of extended support at no extra cost.
This extended support is not a cash refund. It is an additional service commitment designed to help the member continue their transformation journey with proper guidance and accountability.
Eligibility for extended support will depend on:
- Regular check-ins
- Honest progress updates
- Meal and habit adherence
- Movement consistency
- Sleep and lifestyle protocol adherence
- Participation in required reviews
- Following the Fitshala system sincerely
Fitshala reserves the right to determine whether a member is eligible for extended support based on available check-in data, coach review, doctor review where applicable, and program participation.
The extended-support commitment does not apply where lack of progress is caused by non-adherence, missed check-ins, medical issues not disclosed to Fitshala, inconsistent participation, repeated off-plan behaviour, or other factors outside Fitshala's control.
11. Cancellation Policy
Members may choose to discontinue their participation by informing Fitshala over email at info@fitshala.in.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle the member to a refund for the current paid billing period.
Since Fitshala programs are generally billed quarterly, the member will continue to have access to applicable services until the end of the current paid term, unless otherwise decided by Fitshala.
If a refund is approved, it may take 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in the member's original payment method, depending on the bank or payment gateway timelines.
12. Community Guidelines
Fitshala may provide access to WhatsApp groups, online communities, calls, workshops, or other group spaces.
By participating in Fitshala communities, you agree to:
- Respect all members and team members.
- Avoid abusive, hateful, discriminatory, or offensive language.
- Not share another member's personal information, photos, health details, or progress updates without consent.
- Not promote unrelated products, services, businesses, or spam.
- Not give medical advice to other members unless qualified and authorized.
- Not create panic, negativity, or misinformation in the community.
- Not misuse community access for commercial purposes.
Fitshala reserves the right to remove any member from the community for violating these guidelines.
13. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Copy, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit Fitshala content.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, duplicate, or recreate Fitshala systems or frameworks for commercial purposes.
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate Fitshala staff, coaches, doctors, members, or community participants.
- Upload or transmit harmful, false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or abusive content.
- Use automated tools, bots, scraping systems, or similar methods to access or extract content.
- Share login details, program access, paid content, PDFs, videos, or community links with unauthorized persons.
- Impersonate another person or provide false information.
- Violate the privacy or intellectual property rights of Fitshala or any third party.
- Use Fitshala's Services to build or promote a competing product or service without written permission.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension, removal from the program, termination of access, and legal action where appropriate.
14. Third-Party Links and Content
Fitshala may share links to third-party websites, videos, payment gateways, tools, resources, or platforms.
These third-party services are not controlled by Fitshala. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, accuracy, availability, or policies of third-party websites or platforms.
Any use of third-party links or services is at your own risk.
15. Privacy Policy
Fitshala cares about data privacy and security.
By using our Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.
Fitshala may collect and process personal information, health information, lifestyle data, check-in data, photos, and payment-related information for the purpose of delivering and improving the Services.

16. Service Modifications and Interruptions
Fitshala reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
We may also change program structure, community formats, coaching systems, workshop schedules, support methods, or delivery channels where required for operational, technical, or business reasons.
Fitshala will not be liable for temporary interruptions, technical issues, delayed responses, platform outages, or changes caused by third-party tools, payment gateways, messaging platforms, or events beyond our control.
17. Term and Termination
These Terms and Conditions remain in effect while you use Fitshala's Services.
Fitshala reserves the right to deny, suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services at any time if:
- You violate these Terms.
- You misuse the program or community.
- You provide false or misleading information.
- You behave abusively with the team or other members.
- Your conduct harms Fitshala, its members, or its Services.
- Required payments are not completed.
Termination due to violation of Terms does not automatically entitle the user to any refund.
18. Disclaimer
The Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
Fitshala does not guarantee that:
- The Services will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
- Every user will achieve the same result.
- Weight loss or inch loss will happen at the same speed for every user.
- All cravings, emotional eating patterns, health markers, or lifestyle issues will be completely resolved.
You understand that lifestyle transformation depends on multiple personal, biological, medical, emotional, and behavioural factors.
Fitshala disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fitshala, its partners, employees, coaches, doctors, consultants, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
Fitshala shall not be liable for:
- Failure to follow program guidelines
- Undisclosed medical conditions
- Injuries caused by incorrect exercise execution
- Health complications requiring medical care
- Third-party service failures
- Payment gateway issues
- Loss of data due to technical issues
- User misuse of the Services
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fitshala's liability for any claim shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the current subscription term.
20. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fitshala, its partners, employees, coaches, doctors, consultants, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Services.
- Your breach of these Terms.
- Your violation of any law or third-party rights.
- Your misuse of Fitshala content or community spaces.
- Your failure to disclose relevant health or medical information.
- Any content, review, testimonial, or contribution submitted by you.
21. Electronic Communications
By using Fitshala's Services, you consent to receive communications electronically through email, WhatsApp, SMS, phone calls, website forms, payment gateways, or other digital platforms.
You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier or internet provider.
22. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Jharkhand, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
23. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, payments, refunds, or user participation, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through written communication.
If the dispute is not resolved amicably, it may be referred to arbitration in accordance with applicable Indian arbitration laws.
The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with applicable law. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Jharkhand, India, unless otherwise mutually agreed.
24. Corrections
There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, pricing errors, or outdated details.
Fitshala reserves the right to correct, update, or modify such information at any time without prior notice.
25. Miscellaneous
These Terms and Conditions, along with any policies or program-specific terms communicated by Fitshala, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fitshala.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain valid and enforceable.
Fitshala's failure to enforce any right or provision shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
There is no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship created between you and Fitshala as a result of using the Services.
